A leaderboard is only useful if it measures the right thing. Ranking traders by raw profit rewards whoever took the biggest risk most recently, not whoever is actually good.
We look at consistency, drawdown, and how long someone has been doing it. A trader who returns 20% steadily over a year is a far better thing to copy than one who returned 300% last week.
